Cisco Channel Recruitment and Enablement

The Partner Practice Builder program provided guidance and insight for partners interested in entering new markets or enhancing existing practices. To help partners with their business transformation, the program offered individual tracks for the Owner, AM and SE with tools, training and resources designed for their specific needs. 

The Partner Practice Builder program was extremely well received. Use of the Practice Builder platform exceeded all expectations and is available in 17 languages including Russian, Japanese, Spanish, Polish and Arabic. The glowing partner feedback says it all:  "The engagement model greatly shortens our time to market."

Extreme Networks Partner Enablement and Social Media

From zero to 60 in no time flat! The Partner Social Media program was created, launched and skyrocketing within 45 days. An innovative Live Streaming Partner Q&A event accelerated results. Hundreds of partners around the world signed up for interactive Q&A event and welcomed the social media spaces as a way to engage during a time of fast-paced, acquisition-driven change.

Account Based Marketing - Cisco Accelerate

To help drive reach and engagement across 400 accounts in the US through an account based marketing approach, we developed a scalable segmentation approach repeatable across any set of accounts. By leveraging propensity to buy, surge and intent data, combined with previous buying experiences, we have been able to help account managers more easily identify which accounts to focus and expand. This pilot program has since been expanded.

Partner Demand Center - Extreme Networks

Create a storefront where partners can view, select and order marketing services, upload leads, claim EDF/MDF funding, and track lead flow.

This program has recently been launched with a "Marketing Concierge" to help enable partners to quickly execute multi-touch campaigns, with prepackaged and customizable options.
